Q. How do I apply for a unit?

A. You can make a reservation for a unit online and come into the office to sign the final papers & pick up your keys. Or, feel free to stop by the office during office hours and you can fill our the paperwork here.

Q. Do I need to buy a lock?

A. No, we provide you with a high quality lock and all the keys. You keep the lock when you leave.

Q. How can I pay for my rental unit?

A. We take cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. You can also pay for your unit in 6 month or 1 year increments for significant savings!

Q. How do I get my $20 security deposit back?

A. Easy, just make sure that the unit is clean and has no damages when you vacate. Please let us know at least 10 days in advance when you plan on leaving, and we can help you make any necessary repairs in order to get your deposit back. General tips for cleaning your unit are:

  1. Make sure it is completely empty.
  2. Sweep the unit out, and clean any spills up off the floor.
  3. Remove marks from the walls with household cleaner.

Q. Do the units have electricity?

A. Some have lights on the ceiling. We do not have power outlets in the units, and we do not allow electric appliances to be plugged into the light outlets.

Q. When is rent due?

A. We use the anniversary system, which means that rent is due on the anniversary of the day that you signed up for your rental unit.

Q. I lost my key, what do I do?

A. We do not have a master key for your lock. We charge $20 to cut off a lock. The locks that we use are of high quality and cannot easily be removed.
